On the application you flag which industries you've sold into. We route inbound + prospected leads to the rep whose verticals match: no general queue, no fighting for scraps.

Our SDR pipeline identifies in-market accounts, enriches them, and queues them in your CRM. You get a daily list of warm contacts, not a CSV of cold names.

Get paid on a regular cadence

Commission paid on a regular cadence; the audit log ties every line to a paid invoice. No spreadsheet poker.

Pure commission. No base, no draw, no ramp guarantee. In return: a percentage of every account you close for as long as it stays on.

Open Sales dashboard. 12 new prospects auto-assigned to you overnight, scored by intent + vertical fit. Pick the top 6.

11:00 · Discovery

Run two 25-min discovery calls. Notes write themselves into the CRM via templates. Flag two for technical follow-up.

2:00 · Demo + close

Run an Authority-tier demo for a real-estate firm in your vertical. Send the proposal from the template, Stripe link inside.

4:30 · Pipeline hygiene

Move stages, clear stale prospects, queue tomorrow's outreach. Sequence sends do the rest overnight.

Friday · Get paid

Commission lands on the regular payout cadence for last month's closings. The audit log shows the invoice → commission mapping for every line.

  • You've closed at least 12 months of B2B deals (any vertical, any deal size).
  • You're comfortable owning the full cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, close.
  • You'd rather have a great CRM than a great manager looking over your shoulder.
  • You can run two discovery calls back-to-back without losing the plot.
  • Commission-only doesn't scare you. You've been on a similar comp plan before.
  • You want to specialize: pick 2–3 verticals and own them.
