Discovery, technical scoping with our engineers, procurement, security review. The CRM tracks every thread, follow-up, and decision-maker so a 6-week scoping cycle doesn't drop a stakeholder.
Commission paid on a regular cadence as build invoices clear, plus a recurring slice of any maintenance retainer. The audit log ties every commission line to a signed SOW and a paid invoice.
Pure commission. Same model as the agency track — a percentage of every build and retainer you close, paid as the client pays us.
