We're hiring AEs for our enterprise software practice. We're an engineering firm — we design and build custom software for mid-market and enterprise clients (internal platforms, integrations, vertical apps). Longer cycles, multiple stakeholders, technical scrutiny on the way in. You bring the room-reading; we bring qualified accounts and a CRM you actually want to live in.

01. How It Works

Four moving parts. Target the right accounts, run the multi-thread, scope the build with our engineering team, then close on a signed SOW.

Define your ICP slice

On the application you flag the verticals, build types (internal platforms, integrations, vertical apps), and deal sizes you've sold into. We route accounts that match.

We bring the pipeline

Targeted outbound and partner referrals land in your CRM with context — what they're trying to build, who's championing it, and the rough budget signal. You don't build the list, you work it.

Multi-thread to a SOW

Discovery, technical scoping with our engineers, procurement, security review. The CRM tracks every thread, follow-up, and decision-maker so a 6-week scoping cycle doesn't drop a stakeholder.

Get paid on invoice

Commission paid on a regular cadence as build invoices clear, plus a recurring slice of any maintenance retainer. The audit log ties every commission line to a signed SOW and a paid invoice.

02. Compensation

Pure commission. Same model as the agency track — a percentage of every build and retainer you close, paid as the client pays us.

Maintenance retainer

Of monthly retainer value, paid monthly for the first 12 months of the support agreement.

Paid the month after a rep you referred closes their first deal. No ghost referrals.

Closers who can hold a multi-stakeholder thread without losing the plot, and translate technical answers into business outcomes.

You'll do well
here if…

  • You've sold custom software builds, dev shop engagements, or technical services into mid-market or enterprise.
  • You're comfortable owning the full cycle: scoping calls with engineering, procurement, security questionnaires, and final SOW.
  • You can talk shop with a CTO and translate it into ROI for a CFO in the same week.
  • You know when to bring a senior engineer into the room and when to keep them out of it.
  • Commission-only doesn't scare you. You've been on a similar comp plan before.
  • You'd rather have a great CRM than a great manager looking over your shoulder.
