By accessing or using WRKSHP's platform at https://wrkshp.dev and related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Services provide workspace-based tools for content, CRM-style workflows, integrations (including optional connections to Google products when you authorize them), and related features as described in your order or subscription with WRKSHP.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials for your account and for activity under your account. Workspace admins may invite others and assign roles; you agree to comply with access controls and not misuse others' data.
Optional integrations (such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Business Profile, Search Console, Google Analytics, or Google Ads) require your separate authorization via OAuth. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's terms and policies. You grant WRKSHP permission to access Google APIs only as needed to perform the features you enable and within the scopes presented at authorization time.
You agree not to:
WRKSHP retains rights in the Services, branding, and underlying technology. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant WRKSHP a license to host and process that content solely to provide the Services.
As-Is, As-Available
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRKSHP DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRKSHP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
Cap on Liability
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms or as described in your agreement with WRKSHP. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may require additional notice where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless your agreement with WRKSHP specifies otherwise.
